Thank you for visiting and ordering from SMI. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

 

All orders are processed within 2 - 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Our Cold-Korner; Cold-Kube; Chill-Kube; Compact Chilled Storage Unit; Flexible Mortuary Unit and Compact Mortuary Unit, as well as all other bespoke SMI products, will be quoted for the relevant shipping rate at the time of enquiry.

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

Customs, Duties and Taxes outside of the UK

SMI is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you receive your order damaged, please report to SMI with photos, detailing the extent of the damage. SMI will contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and ensure you receive your order promptly.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, which SMI will arrange the collection of.
